prepare an exquisite meal you have to think also about the communication.
The best way is to write down your new recipe by your own and to cook it
first for yourselve. Next step is to invite your neighbour to drink a cup
of coffee and to discuss your new idea of en exellent meal. If he likes your idea, you can look foreward to prepare a dinner for two. Does your neighbour like your dinner you will recognice it soon. Speak about politics and your neighbour will understand. He will communicate about the good and bad politicians and if he eat your meal without grotesque grimace he likes you and your meal very well.
